Clear ur trash out of ur trash can

Hello guys. Normally when you go online, you download whatever you see on your browser and even those you dont see. 
Some end up only in your RAM but some are stored in your hard disk.
This can be
1- Consuming space
2- Keeping private information.
I recently noticed that it had grew up to 204MB for mine.
So its adviced that from time to time, go to the location

~/.cache/google-chrome/(for chrome) and
~/.mozilla/firefox(for mozilla/iceweasel)

and empty the contents of the subfolders, especially the files in the Default/Media Cache (chrome) and ezrv8nad.default/(mozilla) directory. This folder will hold information like images and even videos(flash) that you viewed.
